As the year reaches its end we here at Fox in a Box have decided that we will end 2018 by letting Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders take over our Zombie Lab!
When an epidemic breaks out it is important to act fast. Infected people need healthcare and others need to be vaccinated, otherwise many lives are at risk. Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) field workers face a race against the clock when they encounter an epidemic. Our new room “The Epidemic” is inspired by the challenge field workers face in their humanitarian work around the world.
In the room “The Epidemic” you are given the role of a field worker for MSF. You and your team are responsible for a large vaccination campaign in a remote area in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). You have to hurry because the vaccine doses are very temperature sensitive and it is hot in Bolomba. If the cold chain is broken the vaccines are damaged and cannot be used anymore.

“The Epidemic” is a collaboration between Fox in a Box and Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders who are having their 25th anniversary in Sweden. In honor of this occasion Fox in a Box is donating five percent of all game income during December 2018 to MSF Sweden. Round up payment is possible both online and on site in Stockholm.
“The Epidemic” room will be available to play both in Fox in a Box’s location in Stockholm and in Malmö between November 29th and December 30th, 2018!
